Wills, Estates and Succession Act in BC

In BC there is a new Wills, Estates and Succession Act that came into effect on March 31, 2014.  This is a good opportunity to visit your lawyer, or notary, to update your will.  If you don't have a will, even more reasons to get one done!  Here is a link to an article for more info: http://bit.ly/1hQvHH2
